The space includes a private members’ club, Ned’s Club, and a private events floor, alongside 10 restaurants and 250 bedrooms. There's a legitimate, raised, professional-seeming stage now, and the 30-feet-high ceiling over the audience ensures the signature aerialists have plenty of room to swing and soar. As you would expect, the bathroom is fun, decor-wise, and there are serendipitous design discoveries throughout. A long bar, a back bar, and large dance/spectating floor (they break out the folding chairs) complete the picture… except for the tiny, terrific Queen of Falafel shop that's part of the new complex. I've had just about everything here–the Falafel and Shakshuka (poached eggs in harissa-tomato sauce) Sandwiches; the Hummus and Labne Cheese plates–and it's all top-tier stuff. All entrances and spaces within the venue are single-level and accessible to folks in wheelchairs.

House of Yes was created in 2007 by Kae Burke and Anya Sapozhnikova, two of the producers behind Lady Circus. Earth Love Fest 2024, the house dance party, block party, and eco-festival at House of Yes in Bushwick, Brooklyn; is Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 12noon – 7pm. Many of the House of Yes denizens also make up the loose conglomeration of female acrobats Lady Circus, performing at underground parties and cabarets across the country. The Lady Circus performers were even featured as a costume-design challenge on Project Runway in 2011.

To accompany this bold affirmation are several geometric designs, as well as an eyelid covering the entryway and luscious lips adorning its surfaces.

On other days of the week, wear whatever makes you feel fun, fresh, funky and fabulous. We put a lot of love into our parties, and the energy of the night is incredible when everyone is committed to participating and getting creative with us. But House of Yes had to change its location a year after, when a fire almost destroyed the building. Less than two months later, House of Yes relocated to a former ice-house in East Williamsburg.
